About the Role

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to expand Visions Management’s presence across Life Sciences and Corporate Workplace Services accounts. This role is responsible for enterprise-level business development, strategic account growth and sales leadership, with a dual focus on new client acquisition and strengthening existing partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with strong financial acumen, who thrives on building trusted partnerships, mentoring internal teams, and driving sustainable growth through tailored solutions and disciplined execution. Position Goals

Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the first 90 days. Revenue Growth: Secure new client engagements across life sciences, biotech, and workplace services within the first year. Financial Results: Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue and margin targets. Account Expansion: Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to expand services, revenue streams and client lifetime value. Visibility: Increase Visions’ visibility through networking, industry events and partnerships. Enablement: Drive adoption of CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting accuracy, profitability analysis, and client insights. Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Lead enterprise-level sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring profitable contract structures and sustainable growth. Strategize and qualify opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, market research, and industry intelligence. Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs. Implement and optimize CRM and sales technology platforms to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy and ROI measurement. Evaluate and deploy AI-enabled tools to strengthen client personalization and sales decision-making. Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning Visions’ services with clients’ evolving financial, operational and compliance priorities. Leverage knowledge of Visions’ full stack of services portfolio to identify cross-sell opportunities and expand account profitability. Actively participate in industry associations, conferences, and events to build relationships and enhance brand visibility. Use CRM and analytics to track client engagement, margins and revenue performance. Collaboration, Leadership & Internal Alignment Partner with leadership to align enterprise sales strategy with company growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Provide financial acumen in evaluating pricing models, revenue forecasts, and profitability analysis to inform business decisions. Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to strengthen pursuit strategies, sales collateral, and business development initiatives. Maintain competitive intelligence on trends in project management, managed services, life sciences and workplace services. About You

You are a natural relationship builder and enterprise sales strategist who thrives on connecting with senior decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and driving measurable business results. You combine financial discipline with sales leadership, bringing both rigor and creativity to growth strategies. You are comfortable working independently to move deals forward, while also collaborating closely with leadership to ensure client success. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management, ideally within life sciences, corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace services or closely related field. Proven track record of building and closing business with enterprise clients. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Self-started with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Seniority level
