Overview
We are seeking a contract
Senior Product Manager – Data & Analytics
to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities
Define and align on the North Star and supporting metrics for multiple product areas, including growth, engagement, retention, and monetization
Partner with product teams to establish analytics requirements during product development, ensuring accurate, consistent, and scalable instrumentation and event logging
Collaborate with Data Analyst and Data Science teams to design and prioritize dashboards for executives and cross-functional stakeholders
Build and maintain a cross-product measurement framework to ensure comparability and clarity of metrics across applications
Partner with Engineering to ensure data quality, event tracking, and instrumentation meet business needs
Translate data into insights, highlight trade-offs, and guide strategic decisions for senior leadership
Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making across product teams
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, statistics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence at scale
Demonstrated experience in defining and operationalizing key product metrics
Strong understanding of data instrumentation, event tracking, and experimentation frameworks
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with analytics, engineering, and executive teams to deliver business-impacting insights
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for executive stakeholders
