Overview Product Manager - Digital Health Team

to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

Work Location:

Mountain View, CA (Hybrid role, 4 days/week onsite)

Duration:

12-month contract with potential to convert depending on the candidate's performance

Pay Range:

$75/hr to $85/hr

No C2C resumes are considered

Responsibilities

Define and align on

North Star and supporting metrics

for multiple product areas (growth, engagement, retention, monetization).

Partner with product teams to

set analytics requirements

during product development, ensuring instrumentation and event logging are accurate, consistent, and scalable.

Collaborate with the Data Analyst and Data Science teams to

design and prioritize dashboards

for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Build and maintain a

cross-product measurement framework

to ensure comparability and clarity of metrics across the client\'s apps.

Partner with Engineering to ensure

data quality, event tracking, and instrumentation

meet business needs.

Influence senior leadership by

translating data into insights , highlighting trade-offs, and guiding strategic decisions.

Drive a culture of

data-informed decision-making

across product teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in

Product Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence , preferably at scale.

Bachelor of Science/Master\'s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Demonstrated experience in defining and operationalizing

key product metrics .

Strong understanding of

data instrumentation, event tracking, and experimentation frameworks .

Proven ability to

partner with analytics, engineering, and executive teams

to deliver insights that drive business impact.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to

simplify complex data concepts

for executives.
