What you’ll do
Drive revenue, increase attach rates and new client acquisition of key users in the Americas, utilizing the MEDDIIC deal qualification and opportunity management.
Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective customers.
Provide deep product and payments expertise to act as a subject matter expert for Managed Payments, Payments and MoR solutioning.
Understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe in this space and serve as an internal and customer-facing expert in these product areas.
Engage with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and inform Stripe’s product roadmap.
Contribute to the development of go-to-market playbooks alongside product, marketing, sales and technical services stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs.

Minimum Requirements
6+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with a track record of top performance.
Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners.
Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
Enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand complex technical and product-led requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders.
Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
Team player with a sense of humor is welcomed.
In-office expectations Office-assigned Stripe employees in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users. This may vary by role, team and location. Some sites have higher expectations (e.g., Bucharest 80%, Mexico City and Bengaluru 100%), and hiring managers will discuss any specific requirements.
Pay and benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $310,100 - $465,100. For sales roles, this range includes on-target earnings (OTE), which accounts for base salary and sales commissions/bonuses. The range may vary based on location and candidate experience. Applicants outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k); medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
