Overview
Digital Software Engineer- Salesforce- 2204 at Randstad Digital Americas. The Technical Producer works within the Consumer Engagement team to provide support to end business users in developing, coding and launching complex email and SMS campaigns. This role focuses on translating end user business objectives into actionable solutions and understanding end user communication needs and data streams. It includes designing and documenting solutions that leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation and other Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to maximize end user success. This role uses Salesforce Marketing Cloud in conjunction with Salesforce Data Cloud for data staging, calculated insight development, segmentation, and activation. Location: St. Louis, Missouri Job type: Contract Hours: 8am to 5pm Education: No Degree Required Pay range: $50 - $75 per hour Status: This posting is open for thirty (30) days.
Responsibilities
Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Dynamic Content Areas) to deliver highly dynamic and personalized content Collaborate with the customer to understand key campaign parameters and requirements Provide best practice recommendations to customers with the Consumer Engagement team Design and document solutions that leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation and other SFMC capabilities to maximize customer success Understand data modeling basics to determine data flow and transformations needed to import and transform data for journeys Create automations for file/data import, audience segmentation, and journey kick-offs using automation activities (e.g., SQL Queries, File Transfers, Import Files, Data Extracts, Verifications, Send Email, Send SMS) Develop SQL code to import and transform data with Data Extensions and SFTP connectors Write and apply AMPscript to personalize emails and add dynamic content Identify Journey entry sources and decision splits across journeys, Data Extensions, Lists/Audiences, Salesforce Data, API, and Events Work independently and be a self-starter to ensure customer success Develop robust campaign documentation Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to instill confidence
Qualifications
3+ years Salesforce Data Cloud 3+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with Data Extensions, Lists/Audiences, Salesforce Data, API, Events Ability to design and document solutions leveraging automation, dynamic content, and data-driven segmentation
