If you are a DISTRIBUTION and LOGISTICS leader looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Sidney, OH or St. Louis, MO locations, you will provide leadership to our North American HVACR distribution network. You will have direct responsibility for multiple distribution centers and logistics and strategic leadership for Copeland’s overall distribution footprint. This role ensures operational excellence, drives efficiency, and maintains high service levels for customers while aligning with corporate objectives. Your duties and responsibilities will be completed under the general guidance of the VP of Integrated Supply Chain. As The Senior Director, Distribution And Logistics, You Will

Develop and execute the business unit distribution strategy in alignment with company objectives Accountable for logistics, fulfillment, and transportation performance by leading through multiple site leaders, rather than direct daily management Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational productivity Manage and develop relationships with third-party suppliers and customers Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards Support the VP in long-term strategic planning and expansion initiatives Required Education, Experiences & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive related experience, including leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role. Ability to travel 25% of the time Preferred Education, Experiences & Skills

Master’s in supply chain, Engineering or MBA Oracle warehouse management system experience Management experience Work Location and Hybrid Work
