What You Will Be Working On: Own full-cycle new business from outbound to close. Work inbound and referrals, then build a disciplined outbound motion. Run crisp discovery, demos, ROI cases, and negotiations for $50K+ ACV. Navigate enterprise contracts with Marketing, Insights, and Product leaders. Improve the sales engine: decks, scripts, metrics, and dashboards. Feed market insights into product and run weekly deal reviews with leadership. What Type of Person Will Be Successful: 3–5+ years closing in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into marketing, design, product, or engineering. Clear record of top performance, promotions, or President’s Club. Comfortable generating your own pipeline and running multi-stakeholder deals. Confident communicator with executive presence and crisp writing. Hungry, accountable, low ego. Thrives in an early-stage, on-site environment.
