Senior Accountant
for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role offers a hybrid work schedule — three days in-office and two days remote — providing flexibility while maintaining team collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting processes Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statements and reports Record daily cash activities and reconcile bank accounts Handle investment distributions and contributions Maintain fixed asset records Process vendor invoices and manage vendor setup Review employee expense reports and company credit card statements Support audit and tax preparation activities Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience Experience in investment accounting or financial services preferred Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000, plus bonus up to 10% 100% coverage for healthcare Life and disability insurance, mental health and family wellness benefits 401(k) with company match 120 hours paid vacation and 80 hours sick leave, plus 15 holiday days Commuter benefits and wellness stipends Tuition reimbursement and support for professional certifications How to Apply
