Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic financial services firm in San Francisco to find a Senior Accountant for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role offers a hybrid work schedule — three days in-office and two days remote — providing flexibility while maintaining team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes
• Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statements and reports
• Record daily cash activities and reconcile bank accounts
• Handle investment distributions and contributions
• Maintain fixed asset records
• Process vendor invoices and manage vendor setup
• Review employee expense reports and company credit card statements
• Support audit and tax preparation activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in investment accounting or financial services preferred
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000, plus bonus up to 10%
