Overview
CleanPath Restoration™ is seeking an experienced and motivated Mitigation Project Manager to oversee and coordinate residential restoration projects and techs from initial assessment through completion. This is a leadership role that requires strong organization, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering quality restoration work that exceeds client expectations. As a key stakeholder within our local market, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with large national clients, local vendors, and industry partners to foster ongoing relationships and generate repeat business. You will lead by example, embodying our company\'s core values and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities
Manage restoration and mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are achieved. Coordinate effectively with insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal field teams. Lead and motivate both office and field staff to meet project milestones and uphold CleanPath standards. Perform regular job site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality control. Prepare and maintain all project documentation, including scopes of work, budgets, change orders, and schedules. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. Resolve project delays and challenges proactively while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction. Assist with estimating, bidding, and onboarding of new projects as needed. Facilitate communication across company platforms and client systems for seamless coordination. Ensure all projects adhere to applicable building codes, OSHA standards, and company safety policies. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in restoration project management (water, fire, mold, or reconstruction preferred). Experience managing residential restoration projects. Proven leadership ability and team coordination skills. Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficient in project management and restoration software such as Xactimate, Proven Jobs, Encircle, Docusketch, etc. IICRC certification preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.). Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. A genuine passion for delivering 5 star service, helping people and improving processes. Network of local relationships are a plus! Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong attention to detail. Benefits
