Responsibilities

Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team Team sales Individual sales Database Grow your team Coach and train Qualifications
