Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis

Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $250,000 to $300,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Lead all financial planning activities including long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly reforecasts

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with analysis for executive leadership, board, and PE sponsor

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize business outcomes

Drive adoption and improvement of financial systems such as JDE and Planful to enhance reporting accuracy

Mentor and develop the FP&A team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or senior FP&A roles

Apply strong financial analysis and reporting skills in a high-growth, PE-backed environment

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization with strong interpersonal skills

Use advanced Excel and financial systems to manage complex data and reporting needs

Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-location business environment

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Understand lender reporting requirements including covenant compliance and strategic financial planning

Prefer experience with reporting tools such as Planful and Power BI

Think strategically and proactively solve problems to support business growth and capital deployment

Build business cases for investments and track performance against financial goals
