Overview Our client, a rapidly growing payments processing and solutions provider in Orange County, is seeking a Vice President of Sales. The VP of Sales will be responsible for driving new business, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved. This leader will foster a high-performance culture, focusing on execution, client satisfaction, and team development. The Company Accepting electronic payments should be simple, but over time it has become increasingly complex. Our client has built a strong business delivering innovative solutions that simplify the process and is expanding its team to support continued success. The company is dynamic, high-energy, and led by an industry veteran with over 40 years of experience in the payment processing space. Business development and account management. Execute sales strategies to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth. Set clear performance expectations, manage territories, quotas, and sales compensation plans. Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management. Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and career development of sales staff. Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure alignment in driving customer acquisition and retention. Promote a customer-first culture within the sales organization. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong experience in payments processing, banking, B2C, and e-commerce systems. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capability to build lasting client relationships. Experience with compliance in payment processing and knowledge of industry regulations. Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment. Education & Experience Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience building and managing enterprise-level sales organizations.
