All Saints Church, an Anglican parish within the Gulf Atlantic Diocese of the ACNA, is prayerfully seeking a faithful and spiritually mature Rector to lead our congregation in worship, mission, discipleship, and pastoral care. The Rector will serve as the chief pastor, liturgical leader, and teacher, responsible for fostering spiritual growth, overseeing parish operations, and guiding our church in outreach as it fulfills its gospel mission within the Anglican tradition. Key Responsibilities
Spiritual Leadership and Worship
Lead the congregation in Anglican worship following the Book of Common Prayer. Preach the Word faithfully, grounding sermons in Scripture and Anglican theology. Administer the sacraments and lead services including Eucharist, Morning/Evening Prayer, baptisms, weddings, funerals, and confirmations. Encourage regular participation in the sacramental and liturgical life of the Church.
Teaching and Discipleship
Provide Christian education for all ages, including confirmation preparation. Promote spiritual formation through Bible studies, small groups, and catechesis. Nurture a culture of discipleship, prayer, and lifelong learning in the faith.
Pastoral Care
Offer compassionate care to parishioners, including visitation of the sick, counseling, and crisis support. Foster community life and relational connection within the congregation.
Leadership and Administration
Serve as head of staff and oversee parish ministries, programs, and lay leadership. Collaborate with the Vestry in governance, planning, and stewardship. Ensure sound financial management in partnership with the treasurer and Vestry. Represent the parish within the Diocese and participate in clergy gatherings.
Mission and Outreach
Lead the church in local and global mission initiatives. Equip the congregation to share the Gospel and serve the wider community. Build ecumenical and neighborhood partnerships where appropriate.
Qualifications
Ordained priest in good standing within the Anglican Communion and ACNA. Strong foundation in Scripture, Anglican doctrine, and the historic Christian faith. A lifestyle that reflects the character and calling of a shepherd. Demonstrated experience in parish ministry and church leadership. Competence in preaching, liturgy, pastoral care, and administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Attributes

Compensation and Benefits
