RN-Assistant Director of Nursing

is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing to join our Nursing team. The ADON reports to the Clinical Director of Nursing and is responsible for the overall care provided to patients by the nursing staff. This is a key leadership role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure standards of quality care are achieved consistently. Position Full-time RN-Assistant Director of Nursing in the Nursing department. Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with standards of quality care. Support and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and excellence in care delivery. Monitor and improve patient care processes and outcomes in alignment with the facility’s objectives. Qualifications
New York State RN license. Degree in Nursing or a related field; BSN preferred. 3+ years of experience as an RN in medical/surgical, rehabilitation or long-term care settings. Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability; effective team leadership and staff empowerment. Strong communication skills and collaborative approach. Benefits and Work Environment
