Associate Account Director

to guide the social footprints for one of our global tech accounts. This role supports a major global brand with high visibility in social conversations and culture. Responsibilities

Managing, maintaining, and growing the relationship with the client and key stakeholders Direct and have a positive impact on projects, teams and clients by providing direction and a vision to follow Maintaining a superior relationship with all departments in the agency and understanding the strategic goals of the account Mentorship of junior staff members, including Social Media Managers and junior account team members Communicating with the Group Account Director and senior leadership about account status and proactively solving issues Able to command a room during client presentations including executive stakeholders Think on your feet, pivot when needed, and adapt to changing needs of a global brand Manage high-volume content pipelines across multiple social accounts and platforms Juggle overlapping deadlines and shifting priorities in fast-paced environments Use organizational systems to track content workflows, reviews, and stakeholder approvals Align cross-functional teams to deliver on time without sacrificing quality Lead simultaneous campaigns with strategic oversight and executional detail Make quick decisions and pivot strategies to meet changing client or market demands Analyze social data in collaboration with the Analytics team for recurring and ad hoc reporting Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for scalable content production Remain calm under pressure in deadline-driven environments Develop staffing plans and scopes of work for additional projects Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams through complexity Requirements

5+ years’ experience in digital/social account management Experience implementing social media, digital and integrated marketing campaigns Natural leadership abilities Detail-focused with strong communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic Experience managing and mentoring large teams Passion for and understanding of the social media landscape Ability to forge strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strong attention to detail Excellent presentation skills Willingness to work nonstandard hours when necessary and stay ahead of emerging platforms and trends Big brand experience is a must; tech-focused brand experience preferred Compensation

Base salary range: $90-120K, plus bonus potential where applicable. Actual base salary depends on factors including market dynamics, location, experience, and responsibilities. This salary range is one component of total compensation. Compensation decisions are made per role requirements.
