Job Description Laundry Service seeks an

Account Director

to manage the social media footprint of one of its top clients in consumer technology. This role is ideal for a social-savvy leader, both online and offline, trusted by others for input and approval. You will deepen client relationships, grow their business, and lead strategic initiatives, creative solutions, and content approval to ensure alignment with the brand voice across channels 24/7, 365.

This position is hybrid from the Los Angeles HQ and requires working hours approximately from 12pm PT to 8pm PT to accommodate international clients.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and growing client and stakeholder relationships.

Providing strategic direction and positive leadership for projects, teams, and clients.

Collaborating with all agency departments and understanding strategic account goals.

Mentoring junior staff, including a Social Media Manager and an Account Coordinator.

Communicating with senior leadership and proactively resolving issues.

Managing high-volume content pipelines across multiple accounts and platforms.

Prioritizing and juggling overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Implementing organizational systems for workflows, reviews, and approvals.

Aligning cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery without sacrificing quality.

Leading multiple campaigns with strategic oversight and detailed execution.

Making quick decisions and pivoting strategies as needed.

Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing processes for scalable content production.

Remaining calm under pressure and thriving in deadline-driven settings.

Maintaining clear communication with clients and teams through complex situations.

Requirements:

6+ years’ experience in digital/social account management.

Experience with social media, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Deep understanding of social media landscape and ad operations.

Attention to detail and commitment to excellence, including working nonstandard hours when necessary.

Experience with big brands, especially in tech sectors.

Base salary range: $110-155K, plus bonus potential. Actual salary depends on various factors including experience, location, and responsibilities.
