Overview
We are hiring Overnight Lobby Attendant - 11pm-7am. Housekeeping is the perfect job for someone who likes to clean, stays active throughout the day, and thrives in a self-managed work environment. Concord Hospitality values and respects every associate and maintains a strong company culture.
Our Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the lobby and public spaces, as assigned by management, in a clean and orderly condition according to standard procedures in a safe, accident-free manner.
Responsibilities
- Overall cleanliness of lobby areas: clean fingerprints off glass doors and the Registration Desk; run vacuum cleaner.
- Public restrooms: clean sink, toilet, mop floor; replenish supplies as needed.
- Pool area: replenish supplies, take out trash, clean glass doors and residues from tables; check water level in the Spa and bromine level.
- Exercise room: clean mirrors, wipe equipment, take out trash, run vacuum, clean glass doors.
- Water flowers for the exterior of the hotel (if applicable).
- Guest laundry: clean washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed; assist with excessive laundry when required.
- General cleaning of offices, Front Office areas, and Associate break room; clean associate bathrooms (sink, toilet, mop floor) and replenish toilet paper and paper towels as needed.
- Communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk; assist the Chief Engineer in resolving guest complaints concerning the Maintenance Department.
- Deliver cribs, roll-away beds, and related items to suites as requested by supervisor or guest; log deliveries in the Front Desk Log Book (locations must be recorded).
- Know hotel emergency procedures and accommodate guest special requests courteously.
- Answer guest questions regarding Residence Inn and local facilities and services.
- Ensure swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are performed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
