Our Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the lobby and public space areas, ensuring that they remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Overall cleanliness of lobby areas: Clean all fingerprints from glass doors, manage the Registration Desk, and vacuum clean as needed.
• Public restrooms: Clean sinks, toilets, mop floors, and replenish supplies.
• Pool area: Replenish supplies, dispose of trash, clean glass doors and tables, and check water level and bromine level.
• Exercise room: Clean mirrors and equipment, run vacuum cleaner, dispose of trash, and clean glass doors.
• Water flowers for hotel exterior (if applicable).
• Guest laundry: Clean washer/dryer, mop floor, and clean tables.
• Assist with excessive laundry when required.
• General cleaning of offices and front office areas.
• General cleaning of associate break room.
• Associate bathroom: Clean sink, toilet, mop floor, and replenish toilet paper and paper towels.
• Communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in resolving guest complaints concerning maintenance.
• Deliver cribs, roll‑away beds, and other items to suites as requested, with documentation in the Log Book.
• Know hotel emergency procedures.
• Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
• Answer guest questions regarding the Residence Inn and local facilities.
• Ensure swimming pool and spa maintenance are performed per manufacturer specifications and local Health Department regulations.
