What You Will Do

  • We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing function and leadership team.
  • In this role, you’ll help manage calendars, streamline communications, coordinate marketing activities, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, making sure details don’t slip through the cracks and priorities move forward efficiently.

What You Will Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, marketing, or support roles (startup or SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, polished communicator in both written and verbal form.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, and project management systems.
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities with calm focus and flexibility.
  • Collaborative by nature; you like to make others’ jobs easier and more efficient.
