Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded electronic hardware, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection.
  • Create and optimize power supply circuits for efficiency, safety, and performance.
  • Ensure hardware meets safety and compliance standards (UL, EMI/EMC, etc.).
  • Perform FMEA and risk assessments to improve reliability and reduce potential failures.
  • Create schematic and PCB design documentation.
  • Oversee prototype builds, validation testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain detailed design documentation and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in embedded electronics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in embedded hardware design.
  • Strong background in power electronics, reliability design, and FMEA.
  • Skilled in PCB design software; experience with circuit simulation tools preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.
