Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus
Key Responsibilities Design and develop embedded electronic hardware, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection.
Create and optimize power supply circuits for efficiency, safety, and performance.
Ensure hardware meets safety and compliance standards (UL, EMI/EMC, etc.).
Perform FMEA and risk assessments to improve reliability and reduce potential failures.
Create schematic and PCB design documentation.
Oversee prototype builds, validation testing, and troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed design documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in embedded electronics.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in embedded hardware design.
Strong background in power electronics, reliability design, and FMEA.
Skilled in PCB design software; experience with circuit simulation tools preferred.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.
What Our Client Offers Base salary in the $100k-115k + bonus.
