As the HR Generalist, you'll report to the HR Leader and play a key role in supporting employees and managers at your location. You'll handle a wide range of responsibilities-employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and more-while helping to shape culture and processes as the company continues to expand.

What You'll Do
- Partner with managers and employees to provide HR support
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for new hires
- Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and performance programs
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term initiatives
- A proactive, adaptable professional who loves building relationships and improving systems
