hands-on HR Generalist
to join their team on a full-time basis, hours are 8am to 5pm M-F.
As the HR Generalist, you’ll report to the HR Leader and play a key role in supporting employees and managers at your location. You’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities—employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and more—while helping to shape culture and processes as the company continues to expand.
What You’ll Do
Partner with managers and employees to provide HR support
Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for new hires
Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and performance programs
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
Contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term initiatives
A proactive, adaptable professional who loves building relationships and improving systems
