Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines and union regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure cleaning schedules and union work agreements are followed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with an understanding of safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
• Eligibility to work in a unionized environment and comply with union rules and agreements.
