Overview

RN- Registered Nurse, Full-time: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Base pay range $33.00/hr - $38.00/hr. This range is provided by Monarch Healthcare Management. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise tenant care ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with Minnesota BON standards, guided by the Tenants’ Bill of Rights and the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to establish baseline health status and create a detailed Plan of Care that reflects individual needs and preferences.
• Oversee practical nurses, CNAs and nursing personnel; assess knowledge and capabilities, clarify expectations, and address behaviors to ensure tenant safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
