Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines with a focus on precision and quality
• Adjust settings (speeds and feeds) based on materials, thickness, and job specs
• Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
• Update job setups and maintain quality control documentation
• Suggest improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Read blueprints and job instructions to complete tasks accurately
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure top-notch quality
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Pitch in with other duties as needed

Requirements

• CNC experience is a plus—but not a must
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or work drawings
• Familiarity with measuring tools like tape measures and calipers
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Forklift experience or willingness to get certified
