About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant reporting to the Corporate Controller, to join our growing team. As the Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the month-end close process, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

Please Note: this role is fully onsite and requires in-office presence 5-days-per-week in Santa Clara.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day operations, month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Support accounts payable/receivable functions including vendor payments, and invoicing.
• Assist with processing travel reimbursements, expense claims, and company-issued purchasing cards.
• Assist with year-end reporting of 1099s.
• Prepare schedules for audit support and provide requested audit documentation.
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus.
• Experience working with Concur and SAP S/4HANA ERP software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, which represents the low and high end of the salary range for this exempt position. The exact salary offered will depend on experience. The total rewards package will also include company equity and an annual discretionary bonus.
