Overview
The Westin Tempe is looking for a PT - Barista to join our amazing Team! This role is part-time and located at Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
Responsibilities
- A Barista takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Hotel and you'll be part of a great team of helpful people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- A Barista is responsible for assisting our guests in choosing their Coffee and specialty drinks of choice and any other sundry items in our "Cup of Joe" Outlet and ensure proper payment is collected while maintaining Crescent's standards of service. This includes performing all duties of the coffee bar.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.
- Can communicate well with guests and be a team player.
- Knowledge of a hotel structure and how all departments interact.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner, to solicit business, meet client needs and resolve complaints.
- Ability to move throughout the hotel to conduct site inspections.
