Associate Veterinarian – Fieldstone Veterinary Center (New Fairfield, CT). Fieldstone Veterinary Center is a close-knit small-animal practice in a lakeside town. Led by Dr. Raver and supported by hospital manager Lauren, the hospital blends high-quality medicine with a collaborative culture that emphasizes mentorship and laughter. Compensation & Benefits
Full-time salary range: $120,000 – $140,000, plus 20% production. Relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, 401(k) eligibility, PLIT coverage, CE allowance, and career growth opportunities. Why You’ll Love Working Here

Lead and mentor the veterinary team while upholding medical standards. Develop and implement medical protocols. Perform routine and advanced surgeries. Interpret lab results to support accurate diagnoses. Educate and build strong relationships with clients. What Makes Us Different
