About Fieldstone Veterinary Center Associate Veterinarian - Fieldstone Veterinary Center (New Fairfield, CT)

Fieldstone Veterinary Center is a close-knit small-animal practice tucked away in the beautiful, lake-front town of New Fairfield, CT. Led by Dr. Brenner and supported by our rock-star hospital manager, Lauren, we pair high-quality medicine with a fun, collaborative culture where mentorship and laughter go hand in hand.
Compensation We offer a competitive full-time salary range of $120,000- $140,000, plus 20% production. Our compensation package is designed to reward your experience and contributions while supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required.

Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the veterinary team while upholding medical standards.
Develop and implement medical protocols.
Perform routine and advanced surgeries.
Interpret lab results to support accurate diagnoses.
Educate and build strong relationships with clients.
