is seeking

an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) with memory care experience

to join our team as

Director of Nursing . This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Nursing Department and services provided to our Neighbors. Responsibilities include: Incorporate wellness philosophy, standards, and objectives into the evaluation process for staff in the Nursing Department Complete and maintain individualized assessments and updates to the individualized service plan (ISP) for all Neighbors Interview and hire employees as needed based on the budget and community needs Provide orientation and education programs for the Nursing department and ensure that all personnel can demonstrate the abilities to function appropriately in their positions Ensure that Neighbor care interventions meet the personal, physical, and cognitive needs of each Neighbor, maximize self-care capacities, identity, choice, and opportunities for social interaction We are conveniently located off Interstate 70!
