Overview
Developmental Therapy Services of Sacramento is looking for dynamic, collaborative, and engaging OTRs (new grads welcome) to join our team. We are a Sacramento clinic specializing in pediatric Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology. We provide clinic-based services, early intervention in-home services, and contract services to local school districts. Caseloads can be school-based, clinical, in-home or a combination of settings based on your preferences and our needs. We also offer opportunities, mentoring, and training to specialize in pediatric feeding (clinical). If you are seeking a position as a new grad, you will be matched with an experienced OTR based on supervision needs, placement, and interest in specific populations.
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift or 4 10 hour shifts. Required: Current Occupational Therapy License. Pay Range: $75,000 to $150,000 with a signing bonus upon signing of offer letter. Total compensation package range: $87,588 - $166,177 annually. Includes health benefits, 9 paid holidays, CEU days, vacation, sick time, 1 day of jury duty leave, monthly phone stipend. Does not include potential compensation from IRA matching, incentive program, registration fees for classes/courses/certification or mileage reimbursement. Work Settings: Clinic, Schools, Early Intervention in-home, Combination.
Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities will vary based on setting and assignment. School-based: assessment and provision of services as outlined in IEP; collaboration with other professionals and families; caseload management; supervision of COTA (if qualified); service tracking/required billing; data collection; IEP attendance. Clinic-based: assessment, report writing, provision of therapeutic services, data collection, necessary record keeping, insurance/billing, parent/caretaker training, and COTA supervision (if qualified). Attend staff meetings and mandatory trainings when needed. Supervision of fieldwork students.

Education, Licenses, and Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited Masters or Doctorate program in Occupational Therapy. California Occupational Therapy License. Possession of a valid CA driver’s license (if you travel between work sites).
