in Minneapolis, MN. Nuvia is using cutting edge technology and processes to deliver permanent teeth in 24 hours. Position type: 1099 contractor. Part or full-time on contract. No non-compete or restrictive covenants. Typical surgical hours are Monday-Thursday starting at 7am; open to 1-4 days a week depending on need. $2,500 per arch for the first 3 months plus travel cost reimbursement $500,000 - $1,000,000+ Per Year Responsibilities
Perform dental implant surgery including the extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary. Work in close collaboration with the restorative doctor to aid in treatment planning cases for optimal outcomes. Examine, diagnose and provide treatment plans to patients in a comprehensive manner. Work in accordance with Center policies and procedures, safety, OSHA and MSDS guidelines. Deliver permanent prostheses within 24 hours by on-site restorative documentation; participate in a digital workflow for improved prosthetic passivity. Handle all fixed AOX cases; no singles or multiples. Expand your repertoire with hands-on complex case training and elite training from experienced professionals. Collaborate with an internal network of other surgeons (peer reviews, mentorship, and team-led environment). Adhere to typical day-to-day duties including preparation, health history review, treatment planning, surgical performance, and comprehensive notes. Qualifications
Graduation from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD) required. Post-graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery. Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Minnesota. DEA registration. Current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance. Experience with All-on-X procedure. Duties

Per arch rate with potential for a high earnings range based on volume and cases. Bonus structure based on volume. CRNA, Sedation and Secure Airway provided for every case (does not come out of pay). All fixed AOX cases with streamlined surgical experience. Permanent restoration delivered next day with on-site restorative documentation and digital workflow.
