Sign-On Bonuses:

Clinician I (Associate)

− $3,000 total (paid in two installments: $1,500 after 6 months and $1,500 after 12 months). Sign-On Bonuses:

Clinician II (Licensed)

− $5,000 total (paid in two installments: $2,500 after 6 months and $2,500 after 12 months). Valid until Dec 31, 2025. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:45 pm – 10:15 pm. Hourly Rate: Associate $40.55/hr; Licensed $52.34/hr. Bi-lingual pay: $125 per paycheck for threshold languages. Union pay details: Rates are set in the SEIU Local 521 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Step progression from 1 to 6 with corresponding rates (e.g., Clinician I Step 1 $40.55/hr; Step 6 $44.77/hr; Clinician II Step 1 $52.34/hr; Step 6 $57.79/hr). Shift differential (where applicable): 6% for overnight NOC (11 pm–7 am); 4.5% for evening (5:30 pm–10:59 pm); 4.5% for weekends (12:01 am Saturday – 11:59 pm Sunday). Benefits

We offer a competitive benefits package for 30–40 hour/week positions, including a defined contribution up to

$14,580

per year (prorated for part-time employees), to purchase benefits on a cafeteria plan. Any unused amount is paid as taxable earnings. Retirement plan with employer match starting at 4% after one year. Paid time off includes up to 25 vacation days per year, 6 sick days per year, and 12 paid holidays. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership in comprehensive assessments, case conferences, treatment plans, and strategic interventions to ensure quality service delivery. Serve as a lead member of the treatment team; participate in crisis intervention; provide clinical supervision and direct services as assigned and within scope of practice. Provide orientation, consultation, and coordination within the work team to ensure services meet client, family, and payor needs with sound clinical judgment. Provide clinical leadership and training to staff, interns, and volunteers; provide consultation and backup to respond to client crisis. Develop and review documentation, including LPHA-signed materials. Provide individual and group treatment services and related services to clients and families to improve health care outcomes. Interview clients and representatives; complete strengths assessments; develop goal-oriented, time-limited care plans; facilitate rehabilitation counseling groups; assist clients with problem resolution; maintain family communication; coordinate services; make referrals to community resources. Develop discharge and follow-up plans; complete reassessments prior to current plan expiration. Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and reports in accordance with agency, payor, and regulatory requirements. Respond to client crises; provide after-hours coverage as assigned; assist Program Manager in regulatory compliance; provide transportation as needed. May perform First Aid in emergencies and other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Essential/Desired)

Master’s degree in a mental health field with at least one year of relevant experience (E); Doctorate/licensing substituted where appropriate (D). Current California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) or BOP licensed psychologist (PsyD/PhD) (E). First Aid certification (E); continuing education requirements for residential facilities (E). Typing speed 30 wpm (E); computer literacy; MS Office; UNIX-based databases (E/D). Ability to work independently and in a team; manage caseloads; strong communication skills in English (E). Experience with group rehabilitation, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and service coordination (E). Ability to supervise trainees and interns (D); experience with high-risk populations and complex needs (D). Physical requirements and ability to assist in emergencies; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance (E). Other Requirements
