New grads welcome to apply! We are looking for a Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to fill a Part-Time Fee-for-Service position (2-3 days, hybrid or fully remote) with Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC. Position may travel between Manchester and Hampton Falls locations if needed. This position may also have future possibility of expanding into a Full-time role. This position's focus will be to prescribe both Psychiatric Medications and prescribe, administer and monitor Spravato. This person will work with other key stakeholders to expand these areas of the practice. There may be an opportunity in the future to additionally participate in Ketamine therapy, if interested. An ideal candidate would share a like-minded interest in alternative/holistic healing and have training or be willing to learn ketamine therapy in addition to working with other psychedelic-assisted therapies as they are legalized in the future. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for clients ages 10+

Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including ongoing monitoring of efficacy and side effects of Spravato treatment

Prescribe and manage Spravato treatment, including ongoing monitoring of efficacy and side effects

Be interested and willing to prescribe and administer Ketamine (SL, IM, IV) or psychedelics (as legalized) in the future

Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about medication options, risks, benefits, and alternatives

Offer guidance and support to clients choosing not to engage in medication management

Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure integrated, coordinated care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Monitor for medication interactions, adherence, and client progress

Participate in case consultations, clinical team meetings, and staff collaboration

Respond to urgent client needs, medication refill requests, and treatment updates as appropriate

Stay current on best practices, emerging medications, and continuing education in psychiatry

Document accurately and in compliance with all state/federal regulations

Collect copays at time of service

Participate in promotion and marketing to increase leads

Qualifications Education & Experience

You are a psychiatric nurse practitioner/PMHNP, board-licensed in NH

Comfortable and experienced in prescribing for children (ages 10+) through adults

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

Experience working in outpatient mental health settings preferred

Certified in BLS/CPR

DEA Registered in NH

1+ years of experience prescribing medications

You hold your own Malpractice Insurance

Able to work independently, self-directed, as well as with a team

Compensation

$70 - $160 hourly
