We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Full Stack

.NET Lead

to join our team in the USA. This strategic role requires deep expertise in

.NET

technologies, strong SQL Server skills, and domain experience in financial or insurance services. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, engage directly with clients, and manage end-to-end project delivery with a focus on quality and performance. Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of scalable applications using

.NET Core

and

.NET Framework 4.x . Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Drive full SDLC implementation: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Manage project delivery including planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client discussions and solution presentations. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to development best practices. Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $125,000-$130,000 per year. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
