Responsibilities
Manage multiple implementation projects from initiation to close, ensuring high-quality client experiences
Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to deliver each phase of client implementations on time
Conduct scoping and discovery sessions to document business requirements
Provide training to clients on the software and create customized training resources
Identify and escalate implementation risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Five or more years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles, project management, or technology/SaaS implementation
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong client relationship skills with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences
Ability to think proactively and solve problems creatively
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with Excel and SmartSheet
Familiarity with the home services industry
