What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and grow a team of talented mobile engineers, providing coaching and mentorship
Drive execution by taking end-to-end ownership of features and projects
Foster technical excellence through architectural guidance and best practices
Ensure high-quality deliverables by maintaining robust and maintainable code
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and other Engineering teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of engineering management experience, including performance management and team building
10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in mobile applications and APIs
Proven track record of leading mobile teams through product cycles
Deep expertise in mobile development, including languages like Swift and Kotlin
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience leveraging AI to enhance product development and team processes
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean architecture and testing strategies
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance tooling
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in product planning and execution
