We are proud to represent a global Am Law 50 firm to recruit a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager. This newly created role offers a strategic leadership opportunity to shape and elevate the firm’s digital presence. The Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening the firm’s brand, expanding visibility across social media platforms, and driving impactful client engagement. This position has a remote/hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation to be in the office on an as needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution : Develop, implement, and refine firmwide digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, grow audience reach, and boost website traffic.
Content Development & Curation : Oversee the creation, curation, and publishing of compelling digital content, including posts, graphics, videos, articles, web features, and email campaigns.
Social Media Management : Lead and grow the firm’s presence across social media platforms. Supervise, coach, and mentor a direct report to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with attorneys, practice groups, and firm leadership to identify and share newsworthy matters, professional achievements, and client successes across digital platforms.
Brand & Reputation Stewardship : Maintain a consistent, professional, and polished brand voice across all digital channels. Respond promptly to inquiries and urgent requests while ensuring compliance with legal industry advertising and ethical standards.
Credentials and Expertise
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and communications within a law firm or other professional/financial services environment.
Capabilities:
Proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies, with expertise in social media management, content creation, analytics, and compliance. A collaborative leader and mentor with strong communication, project management, and creative skills.
