$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Position Overview The IT Support Specialist will help maintain, secure, and improve our growing, cloud-first IT environment. This role is ideal for someone who has outgrown entry-level support and wants exposure to a wide range of systems and projects, while still handling frontline troubleshooting complex issues. What you will do
Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows and macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint to users across the organization. Manage user/device lifecycle tasks (onboarding/offboarding). Monitor and maintain network equipment (Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto). Inventory, configure and deploy devices (Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS) including security/compliance profiles. Inventory, configure, and maintain other IT devices (cameras, IoT devices, printers, etc). Support access control and physical security systems. Manage and troubleshoot printers. Document processes, maintain IT knowledge base, and help standardize support workflows. Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, security initiatives, and new technology rollouts. Qualifications and Skills
2+ Years in IT Support or Operations Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune). Experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting and configuration. Basic networking knowledge (VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi). Understanding of security best practices, MFA, and device compliance. Strong understanding of Jira Service, Confluence, and similar ticketing and knowledge management systems Strong understanding of IT best practices Strong desire for continuous improvement Proficiency in English Customer-oriented and cool-tempered Willingness to learn Seniority level
