Dealer - On Call (Harrah's Atlantic City) role at Caesars Entertainment. Conduct assigned game according to procedure. Exchange cash for gaming chips according to procedure. Cooperate with other Dealers when assigned to the same game. Control pace of the game. Inform the Casino Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play. Issue to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures. Provide a warm, fast, and flawless service. Greet guests with a friendly verbal greeting. Check for guest satisfaction and effectively resolve service breakdowns. Promote Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provide a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting. Qualifications
Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited NJ Dealers School or equivalent. Either prior dealing experience or experience acquired in Dealers School. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Bending mobility required. Must be able to speak fluently and understand English. Education/Skills/Experience
