Infosys is seeking a SailPoint Developer with hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation. This candidate will support the stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including IAM platform support. Responsibilities

Support stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the SDLC, including IAM platform support. Build and manage custom workflows and connectors for SailPoint IIQ solutions. Configure, stage, test, communicate launch, monitor, and troubleshoot SailPoint certifications. Develop custom rules, workflows, and email templates; create, validate, and justify security solutions and designs consistent with client objectives and best practices. Engage in requirements gathering and use case development; participate in security design and implementation activities. Assist with onboarding, lifecycle management (LCM), and provisioning; work with CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitHub) for SailPoint deployments. Troubleshoot production issues and analyze IGA logs; collaborate with teams for issue resolution. Experience with ServiceNow integration and catalog development; knowledge of RBAC, access certification, and authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA). Build a close working relationship with clients to meet and exceed expectations; identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and internal controls. Qualifications

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC or Tempe, AZ or be willing to relocate to these areas. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education). At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation. Strong experience in application onboarding, lifecycle management (LCM), and provisioning. Expertise in Java, JavaScript, and SQL for customization and rule development. Hands-on experience developing custom rules, workflows, and email templates. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub for version control and SailPoint deployments. Strong debugging skills to resolve production issues and troubleshoot IGA logs. Experience in ServiceNow integration and catalog development. Knowledge of RBAC, access certification, and authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA). Engage in requirements gathering and use cases development. Build, validate, and justify security solutions and designs aligned with client objectives and best practices. Availability to work in a Global delivery environment as needed. Preferred Qualifications

Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients to exceed expectations. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Experience with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL. Experience with XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML. Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
