Overview
The SailPoint Engineer will support large-scale IAM projects for government clients, focusing on identity and access management and zero trust. You will interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to analyze processes and user roles, apply IAM frameworks, design secure access management solutions, and integrate IAM toolsets to enable MFA and SSO. You will assess client environments and provide MFA recommendations, analyze emerging authentication technologies, and supervise junior engineers to ensure project milestones are met. Responsibilities
Support large-scale IAM projects for government clients, interfacing with stakeholders and engineering teams. Conceptualize, design, and implement secure access management solutions using IAM solutions and frameworks. Design and integrate IAM toolsets to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO). Assess client environments and provide recommendations for MFA solutions addressing various Authentication Assurance Levels. Analyze emerging authentication technologies to design and implement Access Management solutions for internal and external users. Supervise junior engineers and maintain oversight on project milestones. What You Have (Qualifications)
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and configuration, including events, RBAC, certifications, and provisioning workflows. Experience with identity lifecycle processes, account provisioning/deprovisioning, and entitlement management. Experience with Java and scripting languages such as BeanShell, PowerShell, or XML for customizing workflows, rules, and connectors. Experience with integration of SailPoint IIQ with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Azure. Experience with configuring and managing access certification campaigns and supporting audit and compliance initiatives. Knowledge of IAM principles such as least privilege, SoD, and identity governance best practices. Knowledge of REST or SOAP APIs, version control tools (Git, Maven), and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and integration. Knowledge of other IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock). Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam. HS diploma or GED. Nice If You Have
Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or other cloud-based IGA platforms. Knowledge of GRC platforms and risk integration methodologies. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ Engineer Certification. CISSP, CISA, or similar certification. Clearance

Salary is determined by location and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Identity Statement
