The Slide Engineer position is assigned to the FEDSIM Center of Excellence (COE) in support of proposals submitted for FEDSIM opportunities pursued by the business units across all Peraton's Sectors. The FEDSIM CoE Slide Engineer provides support to capture and proposal teams to document content for oral slide development, slide outlines, and slide themes as part of the solution development process to produce proposal artifacts, working with SME and graphics support to integrate content into oral slides. Support includes the integration of content developed from the annotated mock-ups into oral slide decks, integrate win themes, strengths, features, benefits, discriminators, proof points to adjudicate content as part of the oral’s development process; document the process and procedures used to develop oral slide decks as part of the FEDSIM CoE delivery model. The Slide Engineer is responsible for assisting authors in providing content that goes into the oral presentation. The Slide Engineer works with other contributors, proposal coordinators, consultants, teaming partners and other FEDSIM CoE volume leads to create compelling orals presentation materials and artifacts. Depending on the candidate, the Slide Engineer position may be a hybrid role with both remote and in-person working environments depending on the stage of the acquisition. Responsibilities

Lead orals slide development by integrating the content provided by the Capture Team and Solution Architects Interpret technical and management requirements of Federal Government solicitations (e.g., RFPs, TOR, RFIs) Assess and ensure compelling, complete, and compliant proposal responses reflect win strategy elements and align to evaluation factors and criteria Enhance and contribute to the FEDSIM CoE proposal development workbooks Guide and mentor content contributors; operations personnel, SMEs, KPs, Consultants, Teaming Partners, Lead Solution Architects, and graphics leads to development compelling and persuasive slide content Integrate value-based data points, proof points, performance metrics amongst Team Peraton Actively work with Key Personnel into slide development Lead and manage the overall proposal development process from Pre-Proposal Phase through submission Participate in proposal development team planning and execution Review Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements Conduct RFP analysis, leading video/oral proposals and/or segments (FEDSIM and similar proposals) and assessing strategy for responding to requirements Lead proposal teams, preparing support artifacts, and managing oral proposal development activities Ensure win strategy, technical solution, win themes, discriminators, compliance, and clear understanding of the requirements are well-articulated and consistent throughout final orals briefings Collaborate with executives, management teams, functional units, BD personnel, stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts Qualifications

Required: BA degree and 12 years of relevant work history US Citizenship Understanding of, and experience with, the Federal procurement process and regulations (e.g. FAR) Experience leading the development of FEDSIM oral proposals presentations Evidence of leading slide content development on one or more winning FEDSIM SDM opportunities valued at $200M+ Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work to meet deadlines (nights, weekends, and holidays at times) Ability to develop and/or assist technical and capture personnel in developing compelling themes, discriminators, and messaging Ability to work well both in a team and independently Up-to-date knowledge of marketing, editing, graphic design, and other relevant proposal best practices Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to manage geographically disparate teams Ability to create original content using interview and research techniques Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred: Experience supporting a wide variety of solicitation size, complexity, and submission requirements Considered a Subject Matter Expert in Oral Slides development Relevant certification from an accredited source Government proposal management experience Defense, Space & Intel, and Cyber requirements Details Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. EEO:
