We are seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our Digital Technology team. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. This role involves close collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions aligned with enterprise goals. Requirements
Must Haves: 5+ years of ServiceNow development or implementation experience Strong knowledge of ITAM, ITOM, and core ServiceNow modules Experience with SDLC or Agile methodologies Proven ability to lead ServiceNow implementations and drive platform enhancements Strong problem-solving and communication skills Integration experience using REST, SOAP, and APIs ITIL or similar framework experience Nice to Haves: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 7+ years managing enterprise IT platforms (ServiceNow, Boomi, etc.) Experience with AI/ML automation and self-service tools Familiarity with DevOps and Agile practices Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions Support and enhance the platform through upgrades and feature releases Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Drive process optimization, automation, and platform efficiency Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and performance standards Educate and present technical solutions to cross-functional team Lead special projects focused on innovation and ROI Job Details
