NDT – Level III (NAS-410, Aerospace), Clearance/ITAR Location: Onsite – Hamilton, WA Type: Hourly, Full-time Salary: Min: $45/hr, Max: $80/hr DOE + Bonus + Additional pay opportunities Shifts Available: M-Th: 5:15am-3:45pm (Day) Duties
Establishes, coordinates and approves product and materials testing, processes, procedures, and customer and third-party certifications Ensure training records and certifications of the Company are up to date Review and approve NDI testing results to internal, customer, and industry regulatory requirements Leads NDI team by performing as a demonstrated leader in organizational, interpersonal, and process-improvement skills Perform UT and RT testing, composite structure inspections and penetrant inspection of welds, castings and other metallic structures as required Qualifications
Required: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). The Company will assist in gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program. AS in NDT or similar field 5 years (min.) Expert level experience in managing production and manufacturing processes Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections. Relevant experience performing NDT methods within the aerospace industry Physical: Must be able to sit, walk and stand for long periods, occasionally wearing personal protective equipment and lifting a minimum of 50-lbs Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Preferred: Additional NDT method certification Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution Disability insurance as well as Life/AD&D insurance HSA (Health Savings Account) with employer contribution and FSA (Flexible Savings Account) 401k with employer matching 10 Company Holidays Relocation bonus may be available for out of state candidates Education reimbursement program available after 1-year of service Next Steps
