What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations
Perform Lightning builds and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Create testing and implementation plans along with necessary documentation
Stay updated on Salesforce technologies and best practices to ensure optimal product performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Platform Developer I Certification in Salesforce
3+ years of professional experience in software development using Object Oriented Programming techniques
Minimum 2 years of experience designing, developing, and configuring enterprise software on the Salesforce platform
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and UX design principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, and API integrations including REST and SOAP
Healthcare experience and familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
