We’re partnering with one of the most respected names in corporate law to find a
strong, people-focused Office Administrator
to oversee and elevate the day-to-day operations of their offices. This is more than an administrative role — it’s a
leadership opportunity

What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a team of paralegals, legal secretaries, and office staff Serve as the key liaison between office leadership, attorneys, and national departments Oversee HR operations: hybrid schedules, performance management, coaching, reviews, PIPs Manage budgeting, expense oversight, timekeeping, and billing support Act as the go-to problem solver and local tech liaison for IT coordination Ensure top-tier client service and operational efficiency Collaborate on marketing initiatives and coordinate office events Travel to the Austin office
1 week per month What You’ll Need: 5–10+ years
of legal office management experience (law firm experience required) Proven success managing staff in a mid-to-large firm environment Strong knowledge of HR practices, legal billing/timekeeping, and office budgeting Polished communication skills across all levels — from staff to shareholders Bachelor's degree

based in Dallas
