Responsibilities Implement new or revised system requirements or procedures within Epic. Provide support for HB/PB/HIM applications, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals and requirements. Utilize expertise in HB/PB/HIM applications to streamline scheduling, referral, and registration processes, improving patient access and experience. Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relationships in dealing with others. Prepare documentation and assist in documenting and defining workflows in collaboration with team members and operational users. Identify, manage, and communicate issues and risks for supported applications. Collaborate with peers to create and maintain standard team-specific documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education/experience. Certifications in the Epic Resolute HB/PB applications.
